National Brisket Day
Crossroads CafeCelebrate National Brisket Day in the Cafe on Tuesday May 28th. We will feature A Julian Coffee crusted beef brisket from Wyeth Farms in North Salem Indiana. We will be coming in extra early to make sure the brisket is smoked to tender perfection!
